HR MANAGER

Vacancy: Hr Manager - Generalist (HR - Generalist: 50% Recruitment, 20% Training & Development, 20% Performance Management, 10% other core HR activities)

Job Description:
  • Sourcing, screening the profiles of candidates as per the requirement through different portals, Job portals, referrals, social media and head hunting.
  • Should have handled End to End Recruitment of both technical & non technical positions and also have good understanding of process.
  • Preliminary screening of suitable candidates through telephonic and direct interviews through different job portals.
  • Short listing the right candidate for interview
  • Interview coordination
  • Coordinate with further rounds of interviews.
  • Lead Generation & Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report & talent database.
  • Induction & Joining formalities.
  • To look after filing work and other regular HR correspondence etc..
  • Coordinating the smooth run of the training programs both internal & External in compliance with the training Calender.
  • Coordinating yearly Performance Appraisal Process.
  • Handle core HR Activities, Process follow up, ISO documentation, filling & policy updation)

  • Following up with candidates for documentation and joining dates’ etc.
  • Visiting Client place for recruitment drive every Saturday.
  • Ensuring to follow up on entire interview process.
  • Ensuring the targets are achieved on biweekly basis.

 

Qualification and Experience:
  • 2-4 yrs of Experience in Core HR Activities (Recruitment, Training & Development/ Learning & Development, Perfomance Management & Other core HR Activities)
  • Candidates must be MBA in HR or relevant degree in similar field.
  • Candidate should have strong exposure in Media relation or Real Estate.

LEGAL MANAGER

  • Preparing and reviewing various legal documents.
  • Working on contracts, licenses, leases, sale & purchase deeds, agreements etc.
  • Examining legal information to find out the advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits
  • Advising officials on government regulations, tax matters, and legal rights.
  • Attending to litigation matters at various courts in the city, as and when required.
  • Assisting in different kinds of legal documentation work.
  • Drafting legal documents such as MOU, Leave & License Agreement, and Affidavit etc.

Responsibility:
  • Due Diligence & Land Agreements
  • To co-ordinate closely and provide necessary legal assistance for the preliminary and detailed due diligence is completed for every prospective acquisition in a timely manner and with due consideration of all legal aspects and legal risks.
  • To ensure completion and standardization of all necessary legal documentation for all transactions Legal support.
  • To draft legal documents such as Joint venture agreements, Project management consultancy agreements, Powers of attorney, Bank guarantees and indemnities, title transfer deeds etc.
  • To ensure that all legal compliances especially under Company law, the various land legislation, environment laws etc are complied with
  • To assist Marketing & Sales on issues such as stamp duty, registration and property taxes.
  • To assist marketing & sales on legal vetting of all marketing & sales communication / documentation viz. brochures, letters etc.
  • To provide legal assistance, as may be required by other groups from time to time.
  • To ensure registration of trademarks.

 

Qualification and Experience:
  • At least 3-5 years of Experience in similar field.
  • Should have knowledge of Contract Act.
  • Should have experience in civil matters.
  • Candidates must be Law Graduate.
  • Candidate should have strong exposure in Real Estate Industry.
